Segmenting Parts of the Cerbellum
Using 7T MRI data it is nowadays possible to segment even small parts of the cerebellum like lobuli or nuclei.Segmentation of the Liver
A still unsolved, yet clinically relevant problem ist the segmentation of the liver. Visualizing the liver and its main vessel systems is a valuable tool for planning liver surgery like resections or transplants. Our algorithm ranked high in all rounds of the MICCAI Grand Challenge 2007.
