Since version 1.0.0-13 there is a template for a findings sheet wizard.

The wizard automatically gets patient data from the currently running Eccet
session and allows you to fill in additional data about clinical state, method
of examination, findings and evaluation. You can insert saved images from the
virtual examination as well.
Then print the findings sheet with just two mouse clicks - including a letter head, signature lines etc. |
