Solved problems
- Better mouse/keyboard handling. No events are dropped, while long-running
scripts or commands are executed.
- With Colotux and Planeview using the keyboard controls for the
automatic pilot could impair the GUI control.
- Angio-/Neurotux started up with a strange zoom setup for unusual sizes
of the volumes.
- The eccet_convert_offis script used a wrong conversion script, which
was not present in the distribution.
- The Neurotux button in the quickstart bar launched Angiotux.
- Some commands didn't give completely correct results dur to small
asymmetries in the used adjacencies.
