Smaller Changes
- Importing Dicom now explicitly keeps the tags (0028/0002), (0028,0010),

- ColoTux automatically (after user confirmation) converts signed data
(like produced by some Toshiba tomographs).
Bugfixes
- The GOTO command works properly again - broken in 1.0.0-11
- The SaveXY button now works correctly for Angiotux/Neurotux.
- The macros generic/menu/savegamma and generic/multivol/sortvol
now work correctly.
- Wizards using data gathered from Eccet now work even when multiple
instances of voxren are running-
