SYNOPSIS:

stereo: viewing 2 different images for each eye to
        get a 3d impression

DESCRIPTION:

The human visual system gets much of its 3D information
by using the differences between the pictures conceived
by the right and left eye.

Especially for relatively near objects, the different
perspectives are exploited to gain an estimation of the
3 dimensional nature of the scene.

This can be used to allow for getting a 3D impression using
a 2D output device like a computer screen.

Eccet allow for various techniques used to display two different
images to the left and right eye.
The technique used can be selected with the STEREO_MODE directive.
