Make normals in outputset. The inside is determined by innerset.
Making normals means adding up all vectors to innserset pixels
weighted by a gaussian bell with sigma. Sigmago determines how
far the bell curve is followed. If the sum vector length is
below minlen, the normals are set to be transparent and faded
out to full transparency.
