DESCRIPTION:

Establish a buslink connection between two instances of voxren.
The local instance will then broadcast its bus changes to the
given host. To get a bidirectional coupling, you have to enter
the same command with the local host as target on the remote
machine.
The standard port is 3456, if none is given.
