SYNOPSIS:
    VIEW_TURN vector

DESCRIPTION:
    Set the turn angles between the view and the camera coordinate.
    This makes sense for grouping views together. You can e.g.
    create a stereo camera pair this way. The three vector parts
    specify the turns around the 3 camera axes of the master
    coordinate.
