DESCRIPTION:

Set a timing constant (1/framerate) that eccet will try to achieve
when recording. This is used to make movies that give a "realtime"
impression of how an Eccet session looked like. Note, that the
time added for actually saving is not counted. The session is
saved as if it was conducted without saving images.
